Flower picking is one of the best activities to enjoy together.
I love nothing more than wandering through the blooms at G's Lane, picking fresh flowers with Mr G's Lane by my side. Beyond helping us practise our flower arranging, these little jar posies have become heartfelt gifts of thanks for all the wonderful helpers who supported the Visual Arts section at the Esk Show 2026.
So far, we've managed to put together a few beautiful posies, although it's still a bit of a slow process as our flower production continues to grow. We've definitely seen an increase in blooms this season, but we're not yet producing enough flowers to fill multiple jars every week.
It's exciting to watch the farm develop, and we look forward to the day when there are plenty of blooms to share with everyone who visits G's Lane.
